CONSULTING FOR NONPROFITS & ARTS ORGANIZATIONS

Your data already tells a story. Let's make the board hear it.

I help nonprofits, public programs, and arts & culture organizations go from scattered, disconnected data — spreadsheets, CRMs, years of records in different systems — to one clean source of truth: consolidated data, board-ready dashboards, and grant-ready reports, without hiring a full-time analyst or compromising the privacy of the communities you serve.

I've spent my career at the intersection of data and public good. I'm currently a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) candidate at the University of Southern California, building on a Maxwell School MPA and a UC Berkeley PPIA Fellowship, and it's this training that shapes how I think about data for mission-driven work.

On the enterprise side, I served as a Business Development Manager at TikTok, working at the frontier of social commerce, and before that as a Global Strategy & Operations Data Analyst at Gartner, building the Power BI infrastructure that put real-time sales performance in front of senior leaders. I also led analytics consulting through Kubrick Group for enterprise clients including Unilever and Ralph Lauren. That experience is where the enterprise-level thinking about data, partnerships, and growth that I bring to every engagement comes from.

But the work I care most about has always been on the public-good side. I've published policy briefs, built data assessments for county health departments, and spent years asking why mission-driven organizations have the data but not the infrastructure to act on it. Data Viz For Good is my answer to that question.

I currently accept one to two clients on a monthly retainer basis — nonprofits and arts & culture organizations where I can do the work right, not just fast.

A monthly data partnership, built for nonprofits.

One offer. One relationship. No enterprise contract you can't get out of.

01

Discovery Call

A free 30-minute conversation. Tell me what data you have, what your board keeps asking for, and what's keeping you up at night. No pitch, no pressure.

02

Setup & First Dashboard

In the first 2–3 weeks, I consolidate and reconcile your data across CRMs, spreadsheets, and email platforms into one system, build your first board-ready dashboard, and set up the privacy infrastructure so beneficiary data never leaves your environment.

03

Ongoing Partnership

Each month: dashboard updates, new reports as your needs evolve, and a working session to translate what the data is actually telling you. Cancel anytime.

What every engagement includes

Data consolidation and cleanup across your CRM, spreadsheets, and email platforms
Custom Power BI dashboards built for your board and funders
Grant-ready impact reports, refreshed automatically
Privacy-first setup — beneficiary data stays in your environment
Monthly working session to interpret what the data means
Ad-hoc requests within scope (new charts, board prep)
No long-term contract. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Pricing discussed on the discovery call so we can match the engagement to your organization's size and needs.

This is built for you if…

DV4G isn't for every organization. Here's who it serves best.

You're a nonprofit or mission-driven program with real program data but no dedicated analyst.

Your team is exporting CSVs and rebuilding the same report every month before board meetings.

You've thought about hiring a data person but can't justify a full-time salary yet.

You care about protecting your beneficiaries' data and won't hand it to a generic SaaS vendor.

Privacy, built into how I work.

Every engagement follows the same data-handling standards, whether I'm reconciling records or building your dashboard.

🔒

No Third-Party Training

Nothing that touches your data is used to train outside systems.

⏱️

Short Retention

Data passed through my workflow is automatically deleted, not kept indefinitely.

🕵️

Minimized Exposure

Sensitive fields are stripped or handled programmatically, never exposed more than necessary.

You Stay In The Loop

Nothing is auto-finalized. You see and approve what changed before anything is delivered.

Questions, answered honestly.

Is my beneficiaries' data safe?
Yes — and this is non-negotiable for me. I work inside your existing environment (your Microsoft tenant, your data warehouse, your tools). Beneficiary-level data never leaves your control and is never used to train any AI model. If a tool can't meet that bar, I don't use it.
What if we use Salesforce, Bloomerang, Apricot, or another nonprofit CRM?
Good — that's where your data already lives. I connect to the systems you have rather than asking you to migrate. Power BI integrates with most major nonprofit platforms; we'll cover specifics on the discovery call.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer builds and leaves. I stay. The monthly partnership means your dashboards stay current as your programs change, your board asks new questions, and your reporting requirements evolve. You're not starting over every grant cycle.
What if we want to cancel?
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. You keep every dashboard, every report, and every piece of infrastructure I build. It lives in your environment, not mine.
We're a brand-new nonprofit. Are we too small?
Possibly — but let's talk. If you don't have program data yet, a consulting engagement may not be the right fit, and I'll tell you that on the call. I'd rather lose a sale than waste your funding.
